Elsy Ocejo
22 years in operations, now advising as a fractional COO/CSCO.
Elsy has led supply chain, logistics, and operations teams from a $90M industrial manufacturer to a $2B business unit of Grupo Bimbo, and built the first integrated supply chain organization at a family-owned food company. She works in English and Spanish across the US and Mexico, and is based in Houston.
